Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC (born March 4, 1954), is a Canadian-American actor and comedian. O'Hara has been awarded a variety of awards that include the Genie Award (a Golden Globe Award) as well as two Screen Actors Guild Awards and two Primetime Emmy Awards. In addition, O'Hara was awarded six Canadian Screen Awards. She was made as an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2018 and was awarded the Governor General's Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award in 2020. O'Hara first became known as an actress while she was part of The Second City improv comedy troupe in Toronto in 1974. With John Candy and Dan Aykroyd she was part of the main cast of the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). In the following year, O'Hara and Candy began work on the sketch comedy show Second City Television (1976-1984), where she drew praise from critics for her performance as a comedic actor and writer, securing an Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for an Variety Series in 1981. O'Hara joined the Second City artistic advisory board in 2022.
